Dashboard overview

The Dashboard is the first thing you see when you open Cartfilo from your Shopify admin. It summarizes the last 30 days.

The Cartfilo dashboard showing KPI tiles, a conversation chart, and catalog health

The KPI row

Across the top: AI Conversations, Products Discovered, Adds to Cart, Conversion Rate, Zero-Result Searches, and revenue influenced split into two tiles — Rev. Influenced (Direct) and Rev. Influenced (Estimated).

Revenue is deliberately split rather than blended into one number. “Direct” means the order can be tied back to a specific chat session with certainty. “Estimated” is a fallback attribution and can, in rare cases, credit a different shopper’s purchase of the same popular product — so it’s kept separate rather than inflating the headline figure.

Answer quality banner

If your store is running in a reduced-quality serving mode — most often because a Free plan has hit its monthly message cap — a dismissible banner appears here explaining the specific reason, with real usage numbers and a link to upgrade. See Understanding usage and billing for what triggers it.

Shopping Assistant Performance

A daily chart of conversations and messages, so you can see trend and volume at a glance.

Top Shopper Requests

The most common things shoppers have typed, with how often each was searched, the average number of results returned, and how often it led to an add-to-cart — useful for spotting a popular request your catalog can’t currently answer well.

Catalog Health

Synced product count, when the catalog last synced, how many products are indexed for AI search, and how many distinct brands were detected in your catalog. See Catalog sync if this looks stale.

Recent Activity

A live feed of catalog syncs, brand aliases added, and widget settings changes — a quick way to confirm a change you just made actually took effect.
