Catalog sync

Settings → Catalog sync shows the current state of your product index and lets you trigger a fresh sync on demand.

Status

One of: Never synced, Syncing (in progress — the page auto-refreshes every few seconds while this is true), Success, Failed, or Needs reauth (your store connection needs to be refreshed — reopen the app from Shopify admin to resolve this).

Manual sync

A Sync now button starts a fresh pull of your catalog. Only one sync can run at a time per store — triggering a second while one is already in progress is blocked rather than queued twice.

Sync history

A table of past runs: when each started, when it completed, how long it took, and its result (Success, Partial, Failed, or Syncing). Use this to spot a pattern if answers seem to be missing recently-added products.

What triggers a sync automatically

Beyond the manual button, Cartfilo also picks up individual inventory changes live as they happen on Shopify, without waiting for a full resync.
